Andy Coan
Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Coan is a eighteen-year telecommunications industry veteran who co-founded Splice Communications in 2002, with the goal of providing superior network solutions for customers that depend on data-rich applications in today's Internet economy. Since then, Mr. Coan has positioned Splice as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Prior to Splice, Mr. Coan served in an executive management role for three years at Telseon IP Services, (acquired by OnFiber Communications, and is now Qwest Communications, Inc.). At Telseon, Mr. Coan was responsible for its largest Carrier and Strategic partnerships, which include industry giants comprised of AT&T, Sprint, Exodus Communications, Cable & Wireless, Savvis, WorldCom, and Internap. Prior to Telseon / OnFiber, Mr. Coan worked for eight years in diverse sales and management roles at MCI / WorldCom. Mr. Coan also serves on the Boards of Pacific Business Centers and Bridge Works, Inc. in San Mateo, California. He holds a BS degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business from San Jose State University. | |

Scott Bischoff
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Scott Bischoff oversees corporate operations for Splice. He brings more than twenty years of experience in operations and financial management. Among his responsibilities are sales management, human resource policies and procedures, accounts receivable and payable, all financials and P&L accountability. Prior to joining Splice, Mr. Bischoff worked in multiple industries including corporate retail, software / technology, and corporate franchise. For seven years he was the District Manager of Operations / Finance for DHE Inc. Mr. Bischoff has also held management positions at CrossCommerce and Fortune 100 companies including Southland Corporation and ServiceMaster Corporation. He holds a BA degree in Communications from California State University at Chico and an MBA from St. Mary's College of California. | |

David Gilbert
Director of Sales David Gilbert brings more than 27 years of experience in telecommunications sales management and consulting, having held high-level positions in companies such as XO, Earthlink, Qwest and GST Telecom. At Earthlink, Mr. Gilbert executed a complete restructuring of the sales team, working with newly acquired companies to roll out SaaS and HaaS initiatives to attract large customers. Prior to Earthlink, he led the sales department of the carrier division at XO Communications, where he sold to more accounts than any other manager for 5 consecutive years and was ranked top sales director in 2008 and 2009. Mr. Gilbert worked as a consultant with the Carlyle Group and NorVergence, helping to increase sales in both companies by 150% or more. At Qwest, Mr. Gilbert served as Regional President and built out the new CLEC network, growing revenue from $0 to $100 million annually in under 3 years. From 1996-1999, he served as vice president and general manager of GST Telecom, which was sold to Time Warner for $690 million. Mr. Gilbert received his B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College in 1987 and his Executive Development certification from Harvard University in 2002. | |

Eileen Warner
Director of Service Operations and Carrier Relations Eileen Warner brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, as well as extensive knowledge of business management and customer service to her role as Director of Service Operations and Carrier Relations at Splice. Since joining the team in 2007, Ms. Warner has been responsible for service implementation, customer support and maintenance for all Splice customer accounts. Before joining Splice, Ms. Warner held several operational positions at MCI / Verizon, including senior service manager, regional business manager and implementation manager. Prior to MCI, she was communications manager at Telos Corporation. Her education is in Business Management and Communications. | |

Natalia Rowland
Director of Pricing and Carrier Development Natalia Rowland brings more than 12 years of pricing and management experience to her role as Director of Pricing and Carrier Development at Splice. Ms. Rowland is responsible for developing and maintaining close partnerships with vendors and carriers by establishing new product offerings, pricing and strategic contract execution. Prior to Splice, Ms. Rowland served as Project Manager for Invesco Mutual Funds, where she was responsible for managing multi-million dollar renovation projects. Before Invesco, she held purchasing and leadership positions with companies including Sam Houston State University, A&M Supply and Continental Airlines. Her education is in Business Administration. | |
