Splice is looking to add a few select Agents and Master Agents to focus on selling our Managed Services platform.
•Must understand and be able to articulate Managed Services/RMS
•Working knowledge of common monitoring SAAS & Freeware
•Examples: Wipro, SolarWinds, Nagios
•We also offer outsource NOC, Outsource Provisioning & Desktop Support
•Demonstrated history in:
•Business & Technology Consulting
•Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
•System Integration Services
•IT Infrastructure Monitoring
•Most of our Managed Service sales are made at the CIO/VP of IT and other “C” level. Need Agents who are both comfortable selling to this level and have a history of selling to this level.
•Average deal size is $11,000 - $15,000 in monthly billing.
•Average time to close is 90 days.
•Average time to install 2 weeks
•Splice offers a sliding commission (residual) scale. You are guaranteed to be paid on the life of the deal – for as long as the customer stays with Splice
•Attrition Rate on RMS opportunity is less than 1% (Very “Sticky Revenue”)
•Huge demand by IT organizations to outsource this service, due to budget constraints and priorities
•Our conversion rate from 1st appointment to proposal is 90%, based on demand
•Average customer driven organic growth of services and billing is 25% per year, with minimal sales effort
•Splice will provide the technical support on all appointments and on-going technical support. Splice will manage all implementation processes.
•You may also sell traditional Splice services (IP, Private Line, MPLS, etc.)
•78 wholesale relationships
•Average deal size is $2,000
•Average install is 37 calendar days
•Splice carries the paper (bills the customer), handles installation and all support of the customer
